J'ai aussi le mastodonte InstantPot duo Crisp Ultimate Lid mais je ne l'ai presque jamais utilisé à cause de sa couleur, sa grosseur et son poids (en fait je n'ai fait que du yogourt). Celui-ci le Rio Mini est super léger et le blanc s'harmonise bien plus dans ma cuisine. Je déplore cependant le prix beaucoup plus élevé pour un blanc, de là une étoile de moins.

    ’ve been using the Instant Pot 4 qt RIO Mini 7-in-1 Multi-Cooker for a few weeks now, and it’s become one of my favorite kitchen helpers — especially since I don’t always feel like firing up the stove. It’s small enough that it doesn’t take over my counter, but still big enough to make meals for one or two people or leftovers for lunch, which is perfect for my apartment size. The seven functions — like pressure cook, slow cook, sauté, steam, rice, yogurt, and keep warm — give me tons of flexibility, so I can make anything from soups and rice to yogurt or steamed veggies without juggling multiple pots. It cooks stuff quickly (way faster than my old slow cooker) and cleanup is easy because the pot and lid are dishwasher safe. The progress indicator on the front is a nice touch too since I can see where it is in the cooking cycle at a glance. It’s not perfect — the lack of a detachable power cord and fewer accessories out there can be annoying — but overall it’s very handy, user-friendly, and a great small-space multitasker that I reach for almost every day.

    I like the shape of this one and the death of this one much better than my old 3 quart instant pot let me explain. The old 3 quart mini instant pot was taller and smaller around. So if you’re a person that had a six or an 8 quart instant pot you had to re-buy all of your accessories. And I am in process of downsizing. I gave away my big six and my eight cord instant pots in favor of just having one smaller one and I chose the Rio. It’s is big around as the six and 8 quarts, but it’s not nearly as deep so it’s not as deep as the other instant pot mini design which I don’t think is available anymore I’m not sure this one is bigger around so it’s easier to get a chicken in there a whole chicken And maybe a little bit of carrot and vegetables. Don’t go over the line inside, but it’s much easier at least with your liquid. It works OK see if your chicken wing is sticking up or the very top of the breast, but it doesn’t work for the liquid to go up any higher than the line in there so be sure and note that because that will be a difference, but it holds 4 quarts in total so you should be fine but so far everything that I have made in it. I have been happy with and I like the ease of being able to put a small roast or a whole chicken in there without stuffing it up on its side or something like that I like to put it in the correct way so that it comes out easier. This is the second one of these Rios that I bought. I gave the first one away because someone came and wished they had one and they were in a situation that I think it could’ve been quite helpful so I gave them my first one and now I got one of these brand new beautiful white ones just very pretty.

    Love this pot but lack of info and accessories cost it a star. After researching part numbers it appears this pot takes a 6-8qt ring and has an 8" pot but shorter. 8in accessories will work but use included under pans. Omg cant type anymore in this quarter inch space. Gawd.
